Scope. These terms govern access to and use of the PATAVIUM.tech website and the content published on it. By using the site, the user accepts these terms in the version published from time to time.

Nature of the content. The materials on the site are provided for informational, institutional and editorial purposes. Descriptions of services, programmes, investments or use cases do not constitute a guaranteed result, a binding offer or an automatic commitment to start a collaboration.

Requests and applications. Submitting a contact form, startup application or meeting request does not in itself create a contractual relationship, admission to PATAVIUM.tech programmes or entitlement to investment, partnership or advisory services.

User obligations. Users agree to provide accurate, current and non-misleading information, not to use the forms for unlawful or abusive purposes and not to interfere with the proper technical functioning of the website, its security controls or third-party services connected to it.

Intellectual property. Trademarks, logos, texts, layouts, graphic assets, editorial materials and other content on the site remain the property of PATAVIUM.tech or their respective rights holders. Reproduction, distribution or reuse is prohibited unless authorised or otherwise permitted by law.

Third-party services. The site may integrate or link to external services, including scheduling tools, social platforms, email providers and analytics services. Use of such services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers.

Availability of the site. PATAVIUM.tech may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the site, its content or available functionality in whole or in part, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors, while adopting reasonable measures to preserve reliability and security.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, PATAVIUM.tech is not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, temporary unavailability, user decisions taken on the basis of site content or malfunction caused by third-party services, networks or events outside its reasonable control.

Separate agreements and applicable law. Any advisory services, venture building activities or partnerships will be governed by separate agreements. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
