Pillar 2
Studium
An intensive programme for early-stage startups that want to turn hypotheses, prototypes and early signals into a clearer company, ready for the market and a first round.
Studium works in small groups, over 10-12 weeks, mostly remote with a few in-person moments in Padua. A small group lets us work properly on each team's numbers, decisions and story.
It is not a motivational programme. It is a practical path: customer interviews, product priorities, first commercial signals, round preparation and a weekly rhythm.
The goal is to move out of uncertainty. By the end you want to be able to explain who your customer is, what you are building, which metrics matter and why your startup deserves its next capital. Applications are always open.
What we actually do
Validation
Intense weeks of interviews and work on the offer to find out whether the problem is really urgent, and for whom.
- Interviews with potential customers, segmentation and hypothesis review
- Positioning, value proposition and message
- Decisions on what to build before investing more time
- For: Teams that need to cut the noise and decide which market to focus on.
Product and working rhythm
We help you build only what you need to learn, show value and avoid unnecessary debt.
- Sprint roadmap, release priorities and weekly reviews
- Support on MVP, demo, onboarding and usage metrics
- Alignment between founders, technical team and goals
- For: Startups that build a lot but learn little and want a more disciplined rhythm.
Sales and first revenue
We set up the first sales channels, from first interest to a pilot, a demo or first revenue.
- Ideal customer, first channels, pipeline and sales materials
- Pricing logic, pilot proposals and handling objections
- The metrics that really matter at this stage
- For: Teams that need to go from an interesting product to one someone wants to buy or try.
Mentors and experts
Time with mentors and experts when it really helps, not a calendar full of disconnected workshops.
- Focused sessions with experts in product, sales, legal, finance, growth and security
- Practical sessions to unblock specific problems
- Introductions to partners, founders and professionals relevant to your project
- For: Founders who want to learn faster without scattering their energy.
Round preparation and final day
Fundraising preparation with a stronger story, materials and process.
- Pitch deck, one-pager, financial model and data room
- A list of suitable investors, pitch practice and follow-up handling
- A final day with investors, angels and partners we invite
- For: Startups that want to approach a round with more clarity and maturity.
