Fundraising readiness
Go into your round better prepared and with fewer surprises.
Fundraising is not fixed in the two weeks before investor meetings. You prepare it by putting the company, the numbers and the story in order.
Where raises usually get stuck
The problem is rarely just the deck. Usually the deck promises a consistency the rest of the company cannot show yet.
- Metrics change definition, owner or period too often.
- Deck, one-pager and investor updates do not describe the same company.
- The data room is put together at the last minute and full of gaps.
- The round starts at the wrong time or without a clear order of who to meet.
Who it is for
- Pre-seed and seed startups with enough market signal to prepare a raise with method.
- Founders who want to know if they are really ready or need to fix product and story first.
- Teams that need to answer commercial, technical or operating questions with stronger materials.
What we work on
Not just nice documents. We help you prepare a process that holds up to questions, follow-ups and due diligence.
- Deck, one-pager and key messages that match the real state of the company.
- An organised data room, with numbers and documents that do not look last-minute.
- A reasoned list of angels, networks and funds suited to your stage, starting from the Capital Map, with introductions where possible.
- Preparation for tough questions on team, sales, technology, risks and next milestones.
How we work
First we find out how ready you really are. Only then do we decide whether to work on the round or get organised first.

FAQ
Do you only help if the round is starting soon?
No. It often pays to start weeks or months earlier, so you are not preparing everything under pressure when the round starts.
Will you tell us if we are not ready?
Yes. There is no point pushing a round if the real problem is still product, story or lack of signal. Better to find out early.
Does PATAVIUM invest or raise money for us?
No. PATAVIUM does not raise, hold or manage money and does not give investment advice. We help you prepare and introduce you to investors; the negotiation stays between you and them.
Do you cover the technical side of due diligence too?
Yes, when needed. We can also work on technical roadmap, architecture and investors' technical questions.
Round coming up but the company is not in order yet? Start here.
In a first review we work out whether you need round preparation, broader advisory or technical support.
